New Startup Accelerator Aims to Support Student Entrepreneurs

Two students from Stanford University have created a new startup accelerator called Breakthrough, with a goal of helping student entrepreneurs across the country. With an initial funding of $2 million, Breakthrough is designed to provide students with the financial support and resources they need to turn their business ideas into reality. Co-founder Roman Scott explained that many students often face challenges in accessing the funding and networks necessary to start their own ventures. Breakthrough seeks to bridge this gap by offering opportunities that can help students launch their entrepreneurial pursuits. By focusing on students who may not have had the same access to resources as others, the accelerator aims to level the playing field and encourage innovation among young entrepreneurs. This initiative hopes to empower the next generation of business leaders by giving them the tools and support they need to succeed.
