There are plenty of TV deals this Prime Day, but you dont have to spend several hundred dollars to upgradde your viewing experience. One of our favorite streaming devices, the Google TV Streamer 4K, is back down to its record low price of $75 right now. It offers a zippy and easy-to-use interface that is probably a lot better than trying to use an old smart TV's built-in system. 

Amazon is selling the ever-popular Meta Quest 3S with 128GB of storage for just $297 right now, with a Gorilla Tag Cardboard Monkenaut Bundle included. That's a savings of over $50 off the asking price, and a deal unlikely to be beaten any time soon - - especially considering Meta recently put prices up.

Apple's entry-level iPad has dropped lower than this before but at $299 it's still a solid deal, especially considering Apple is seemingly about to raise some prices. If you need a tablet for basic web browsing, email and watching video, this is the model to get. 

Save $400: Google's latest foldable phone, the Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold, just dropped down to $1,399 during the Amazon Prime Day sale, matching its record-low sale price. The high-powered foldable device typically retails for $1,799, so this is a notable price drop for a smartphone that has been out for less than a year.

The Nex Playground (now $239 for Prime Day) is a movement-based gaming console that's so much fun, it won a CNET Editor's Choice award.

As someone who reviews consumer tech for a living, I don't hand out gaming recommendations lightly. I'm surprisingly strict about what I let my three kids use -- especially when it comes to screens. My 9-year-old has been asking for a Nintendo Switch for years, and I'm still holding the line. The Nex Playground doesn't replace a Switch (he'll remind me of that), but it scratches the itch and gets them moving and playing together, which is a win.

The Anker Soundcore Boom 3I is perfect for pool parties, beach days and any other summer adventures, and you can pick one up for just $95 at Amazon's Prime Day sale. That's a $35 discount. While it's not the all-time lowest price we've seen, it is a great bargain on an excellent portable Bluetooth speaker.

Toshiba's 50-inch 4K Smart TV is usually $350, but the Amazon's Prime Day sale marks it down to $150. That's a deep discount for 4K with Amazon Alexa voice controls. Only Prime members qualify for the 57% discount, otherwise you can expect to pay $350. 

Picture seeing sports and movies in 4K quality for $150. It's a Prime Day offer I wouldn't pass up -- especially during the World Cup.

Thanks to Prime Day discounts, you can now grab one of CNET's favorite robot vacuums, the Mova V50 Ultra, for just $659, its lowest price ever. If vacuuming isn't your favorite chore (it definitely isn't mine), this deal is a great excuse to pick one and go hands-free. This discount is exclusively for Prime members, though. For non-Prime members, it's still available at $692.

Aqara makes a ton of affordable smart home devices, and most of its wares work across Alexa, Google Home and Apple Home ecosystems so they are good buys no matter what devices you own. Personally, I have an Aqara doorbell that works great in my Apple setup, and CNET smart home expert Tyler Lacoma has tested a bunch of Aqara gear for his best lists.

CNET TV expert Ty Pendlebury says that it's a close call between the the Samsung S90F and the LG C5 when it comes to the best OLED TVs on the market right now, and that you should basically by whichever is cheapest at the time.

The great news is, they're basically the same price right now thanks to Prime Day with both sitting at record lows of around $1,200 for the 65-inch models.

I've been daily-driving Pitaka cases for a while now, usually rotating through a few colors, so this is one of the rare deals here that I can vouch for from actual use. Belkin Portable Charger Bank ($38): My family and I always need portable chargers. Half our devices call for Lightning and the other half for USB-C. This does both and I like the built-in cables.

Plaud NotePin S AI Notetaker ($152): In my new role I take more meetings than ever, and I also have plenty of valuable face-to-face conversations in the office and beyond. I currently depend on the Otter app on my phone and Gemini+Google Meet recordings at work to take notes (with appropriate permission, of course). This AI wearable could be my "secret weapon" to consolidate everything in one place.

JBL Go 4 Bluetooth Speaker ($38): I actually bought this one a few days ago when it was $40 – still a great deal, but now even better. It's no longer one of our best Bluetooth speakers but it's good enough for my (other) daughter, who wants one for the beach. At this price, I won't be too annoyed if (when?) it gets destroyed by sand and surf. And yes, I got her the pink one which I know she'll love. We're saving this for her birthday.

Anker Solix F2000 portable power station ($749): I own a travel trailer and upgraded to solar with an inverter, but at a recent (shady) campsite, I still had to break out my loud, annoying propane generator.
