If you’ve been curious about the emerging world of smart glasses, Prime Day is your chance to try some of the best models with a rare discount from Best Buy or directly from Xreal. The high-end Xreal One Pro is $549, $50 lower than the usual price, and the more entry-level Xreal 1S is $399, $50 off the usual price, but only until 1:00 AM ET. Both feature tiny micro-OLED screens filtered through optics that simulate a humongous screen in front of your eyes anywhere you want, complete with three degrees of freedom, so the screen can stay put even when you move around.

Both pairs benefit from Bose-tuned built-in speakers and sport impressive low-end performance, which is great for movies and games. They have the premium build quality you’d expect from a pair of glasses that cost hundreds of dollars and are well-balanced and relatively lightweight to prevent ear strain. These Xreal glasses can connect directly to devices via USB-C, including phones, tablets, and handhelds like the Steam Deck. However, they cannot connect to a Nintendo Switch or Switch 2.

Between the two headsets, the One Pro’s screen does a better job of minimizing reflections, has better black levels in bright settings, and is overall crisper than the 1S, but the feature set is largely the same.
