European foreign ministers will meet Irans Abbas Araqchi on Friday to revive diplomacy over Tehrans nuclear program, even as the US weighs joining Israeli strikes. The E3 (UK, France, Germany) and EUs top diplomat have coordinated with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio ahead of the talks.
